In 2014 Rachel co-founded Scentbird, a digital subscription that lets members choose from 450+ designer perfumes each month for a largely discounted cost. She helped to raise $24 million, and over half a million active monthly users.

After six years, she switched to being a venture capitalist, and mentoring.
