Customer Success Lead

Unstack’s cutting edge content and data analytics platform helps marketing teams collaborate to launch intelligent websites and landing pages designed to drive customer growth. We’re looking for a customer success lead who can serve as the first line of offense for working with new Unstack users to drive them to success and productivity with our products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first touchpoint with all incoming leads, working to schedule demos and walk through Unstack’s tools to ensure each new customer experiences a “wow” moment.
  • Triage, route, and manage incoming questions and inquiries to the appropriate team member to ensure quick resolution of any questions or issues from customers.
  • Communicate sales, marketing, and educational collateral needs to the marketing team to improve customer success efficiencies.


Previous Experience:

  • Consultative sales and customer success experience within the marketing technology industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify customer needs and drive to solutions. Ability to speak with executive presence and communicate with the senior leadership team.
  • Ability to operate with little oversight and self-manage against clearly defined goals. This is a must-have skill for this role.
