You’ll make an impact by...
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the Unstack platform and the tools available to our end users.
- Planning and implementing an onboarding process that helps new users be successful with Unstack.
- Thoughtfully communicating answers to questions for both technical and non-technical end users.
- Providing high-quality product support for Unstack customers, partnering with them to effectively resolve their issues through email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnosing software issues and resolving escalated customer complaints through established processes.
- Providing support & guidance on non-technical related questions (e.g: marketing, sales, other e-commerce setup questions).

- Has experience using Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Has prior experience working for a SaaS company.
- Can speak intelligently with both technical and non-technical users about digital marketing, eCommerce, HTML/CSS/JS, DNS and other networking concepts.
