Starting today, brands using Klaviyo and Unstack together can begin tapping into new on-site personalization tools to deliver more delightful experiences that drive better business outcomes.

One the things that makes Klaviyo work so well is customer segmentation. Getting the right users into the right buckets based on what they have or haven't done ensures that the emails and texts they receive are relevant and timely.

But what happens after shoppers click on your emails and texts? Today, they all get the same experience. With Unstack, you can now change which sections are displayed to users based on which segments they belong to.

There are a number of eCommerce marketing playbooks brands can run to maximize their acquisition and retention marketing. With segment level content personalization you can push these to the next level.

Popular use cases:

Conditional promotions for different customer types. Give your VIP customers a gift with purchase, or perhaps you want to nudge shoppers who are likely to churn to make a purchase with a more aggressive BOGO promotion. With segments, you can tailor the right offers to users to maximize conversion rates and profit margins.

Tailor your page content based on customer attributes. If you segment users using attributes like gender, location, product preferences (and so on), you can set Unstack pages to dynamically changes based on who is viewing.

For example, you may want to show a female shopper in Boston a parka. In San Diego, you'd be better off showing a sweater or hoodie. Simply set your segments and create conditional blocks and Unstack handles the rest behind the scenes.
